We know today that the herbal formula used by the four thieves protects and heals the body from the threats caused by most viruses, fungi, and bacteria. Directions: Keep in a dry, cool place. They can be stored in resealable packaging, or in a glass jar away from direct sunlight. Not for consumption. 

How to Use: Burn Loose Smudge Herbs in a fireproof smudging vessel. Light the herbs directly or burn them on an incense charcoal tablet. When using charcoal tablets, the smudging vessel should be filled with soil, sand, or salt to prevent overheating. Light the charcoal and extinguish any flame. Sprinkle ½

tsp. loose herbs onto the smoldering charcoal, adding additional herbs as desired.

 

Be Cautious, the herbs should smolder, not flame up.
